Bruschetta

Diced tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil on crusty bread

Smoke Salmon Tartines

Thinly sliced smoked salmon with dilled mascarpone cheese on crusty bread with capers

Jalapeno Popper Dip

A blend of peppers and cheeses served hot with toast points. Delicious!

Allie’s Filet Tartines

Filet mignon steak grilled medium rare, sliced and placed over toast points and covered with grilled onions and Jane’s special sauce

Roast Beef Croissants

Thinly sliced roast beef on two mini croissants with brie cheese, and aioli (garlic mayo).  Served Warm

Chili Shrimp

10 large shrimp sautéed in olive oil, chili pepper, garlic and lemon juice

Spinach Quesadilla

A large quesadilla with fresh spinach and cheeses. Served with sour cream and salsa.
